The data the PronoBot website and bot keep, why, for how long, and how to delete it.

The website
The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party service in your browser. Fonts are served by the site itself. The host, Vercel, keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page) to run and secure the service.
The bot
PronoBot does not read the content of your messages. It stores no username or avatar in its database. It only records what it needs to run the economy and the matches.

Your Discord ID, your rank, your certified badge and your Orbs.
Messages sent to the team
To monitor the service and fix errors, some events are posted to the team’s private Discord channels: account and match creation, command errors, the bot joining or leaving a server, and messages sent through /support and /contact. They include your username and Discord ID, and the server’s name and ID.
Why we keep it
Only to run the bot: balances, bets, leaderboards, levels and support. The data is never sold or used for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Transaction history: 30 days.
- Technical operation log: 30 days.
- Completed matches and their bets: 7 days.
- Cancelled matches: kept.
- Accounts and stats: until you or a server admin delete them.
- Shared profile (rank, badge, Orbs): kept.
Deleting your data
- Your account on one server:
/pb closeerases your account, bets and history on that server. - All data of a server: an admin can run
/wipeuserdata. - Everything else, including your shared profile: open a ticket on the support server. The team handles it by hand.
You can also ask for access to your data, or for a correction, through a ticket.
